Background: FH Indonesia, a Christian, non- profit, non-governmental, Relief and Development organization to help tsunami victims through agriculture, education andlivelihood programs.

We are seeking candidates for the following position :

Tittle : Office Manager
Job Location : The job holder will be based in Medan – North Sumatera .
Report to : Country Director


General Description :

Office management, including logistics, maintaining of agenda, travel arrangements, arrangement of meetings, Maintenance personneladministration for the programme, Maintain administration and filingsystem ,administration requirements andprocedures,Coordina te and make minutes of internal meetings, Liaise with thecounterparts of programme (government, NGOs, private sector).


Qualifications

A relevant education (bisnis education and management preferred),Strong administration(secretarial) skills, Good knowledge of personnel and human resource issues, Atleast 3 years prior experience in management, self motivation and other,desireto help others and social work, organize and discipline,Able to work independently and take initiatives, but also be a team worker, Excellent communication skills and ability to create a team spirit in the office, English spoken and written proficiency.


Tittle : Agriculture Program Coordinator
Job Location : The job holder will be based in Medan – North Sumatera.
However the position requires 50 % travels to different projects as deemed necessary.
Report to : Country Director

General description : 

Responsible for developing Agriculture program plans,calendars, and budgets. He is responsible for overseeing program implementation. He is responsible for monitoring and evaluating on going programs and seeking opportunities for program development and agribisnis. He is responsible for managing Agriculture staff and facilitating Agriculture staff development.

Qualification : 

University degree in Agriculture, At least 2 years of work experiences in permaculture and organic agriculture is preferred, very good english spoken and written, team player
with strong communication and interpersonal skill.


Tittle : Livelihood Program Coordinator
Job Location : The job holder will be based in Medan – North Sumatera. However the position requires 50 % travels to different projects as deemed necessary.
Report to : Country Director


General description : 
Responsible for developing Livelihood program plans, calendars, and budgets. He/She isresponsible for overseeing program implementation. He/She is responsible formonitoring and evaluating on going programs and seeking opportunities for programdevelopment and bussiness. He/She is responsible for managing Livelihood staff and facilitating Livelihood staff development.

Qualification : 

University degree, At least 2 years of work experiences in related area, english spoken and written proficiency, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill.


Tittle : Education Officer
Job Location : The job holder will be based in Calang – Jaya Aceh. However the position requires travels to different projects as deemed necessary.
Report to : Education Program Coordinator


General description : 

He is responsible for planning and developing the literacyand numeracy curriculum, lesson plans, and programs. Conducts weekly visits to each base camp to assist with instruction. Monitors & evaluates students’ progress on anon-going basis—uses data to modify curriculum and instructional method as needed.

Qualification :

Male, University Degree in Education, English spoken and written good.
